Basic Policy
- To assist producers who are suffering from consumers reluctance
to purchase products due to baseless rumours and depressed
prices by mounting a campaign to support Ibaraki-made
agricultural products in and out-side the prefecture
- To assist efforts by JA and producers to assure consumers of
product safety through producer-direct sales
