MONTHLY BULLETIN
Volume 2
Wishing the entire Phillips Pharma Group family
“MERRY CHRISTMAS & A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR-2014”.
“The birth of Jesus brought joy to the whole world.
During this time, we are called to extend our
generosity to all people around us more so to the
unfortunate in the society. It is a time to express
love to our family members and neighbors, so that
we can have true joy in our hearts. This is the joy
Jesus Christ brought to the world, let us embrace
it”.

MONTHLY BULLETIN
“If you always put limit on everything you do. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no
limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.” ~ Bruce Lee
WAYS ON HOW TO PUSH BEYOND YOUR LIMITS
1 | Plan your day
A good planning can bring better results and reduce time losses during the day.
2 | Time Management
Time is the most precious of all the things we have. If we use the time available with us in most effective way,
results are more encouraging. Even small changes of managing the time can bring a big difference.
3| Add a level of difficulty
Sometimes we get so used to an activity that it is no longer deemed to be a challenge, but now is a simple task or
chore. We have to keep thinking differently and also increase the level of difficulties/goals to be achieved.
4 | Continuous Learning
Learning is a continuous process and we can learn day in and day out. Being updated and revisiting the basics of
the game always is a leap forward. .. Learn from others and your experiences….
5 | Compete for excellence
There is always something more you can do to strengthen your weaknesses as well as your strengths. A rival will
keep you motivated and determined. Competing to surpass a milestone set by us or the competitor, will always
help to grow.

Tom Wakachala, Country Manager (ACINO)
So what is purpose? I do believe, any person who has found/identified/realized his/her
purpose in life, has found meaning in living. People will live and die, without knowing at
all why they lived. People don’t seek to find this purpose, because it is not easy. It takes
commitment to search mind and soul in order to direct energies to your/my purpose in life
and fight from within to free self.
That’s what King Solomon discovered, Purpose is not defined by Health nor Sickness,
poverty nor riches etc, because death comes and makes all of them useless.
Am convinced that people, who discover their purpose in life, do exploit. Their lives are no
longer defined by fears. And they are many, Nelson Mandela (God rest his soul in peace),
Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther king and many other people who we have never heard of.
-There is one quality which one must possess to win, and that is definiteness of purpose. The knowledge of
what one wants’ and the burning desire to possess it. Napoleon Hill
