Equity Linked Notes are not in any way sponsored, endorsed, sold or promoted by the issuer of the
Underlying Securities and the issuer of the Underlying Securities makes no warranty or representation
whatsoever, express or implied, as to the future performance of the Underlying Securities.
The Issuer, including its branches and any group company, is acting solely in the capacity of an arm’s
length contractual counterparty and not as a purchaser’s financial adviser or fiduciary in any transaction
unless the Issuer has agreed to do so in writing.
