Follow the signs for rental car return, Economy Parking, Long-Term
Parking, Parking Garage, passenger arrivals, and departures.
Take the upper level roadway to the Departures Level when
to drop passengers at one of 16 airline curbside check-in stations.
Take the lower level roadway to the Arrivals Level for
passenger pick-up. Drivers can pull to the curb outside
baggage claim exits to help passengers load
luggage and bags.

Indianapolis International Airport
Shuttle buses to and from the terminal pick up and
drop off passengers at each shelter in the Economy
Lot. Before boarding a shuttle bus, please make
note of your parking location so you remember
where you left your vehicle upon your return.
Look for identification on each shuttle bus marking
it as designated for the Economy Lot. Board the correct
shuttle upon your return to your vehicle.
The pick-up location for those who parked in the
Economy Lot is in the Ground Transportation Center,
which is 300 ft. from the terminal via the outside
sidewalk or the overhead Pedestrian Bridge.
Remember where you park! Keep your parking
ticket in a safe place, like your wallet. If you parked
in the Economy Lot, your ticket will be blue. For
quick, easy reference when you return, write your
section and row number on your ticket to make it
easy to find your vehicle.
For taxi service, please step outside Baggage Claim
on the lower level. You’ll find taxi call buttons on
either end of the sidewalk along the curb just outside
Baggage Claim. Use these call buttons to summon
a taxi once you have claimed your luggage.
There is a valet location for your convenience in the
Premium Parking area is located on the third floor of the
Terminal Garage. Follow the posted signs and our
quick, courteous attendants will greet you, help
unload your luggage, and park your vehicle so you
can check-in or meet arriving passengers with
maximum ease and convenience. You can self park in
the Permium Parking area as well.

Lot and take the South Service Road to the last building on the right.
