3. It is requested that the above may be brought to the notice of the eligible officials<br />

working in various organisations under your administrative control and the applications of<br />

eligible and willing persons may be forwarded to the undersigned by 30/06/2011 along with<br />

their detailed bio-data (as per proforma in Annexure 'A') and their attested ACRs /ACR<br />

gradings for the last 5 years (in sealed cover). The applicants may clearly indicate their choice<br />

(s) of station (s) for posting in order of priority ( giving at least 3 locations) in Col. 8 of the<br />
