2. The additional charges held by the officers under order of transfer as per the present order shall pass
on to the relieving officers respectively till the joining of the regular incumbents, if any, unless
specifically mentioned otherwise in this order or until further orders.
3. With this order, all representations received at this end stand disposed. Further representations, if any, may
be considered only after compliance of this order.
4. The CsIT/ DsIT concerned are requested to ensure that all transfers be effected latest by 05.09.2012 . A
compliance report in this regard must be sent to the office of the CCIT (CCA), Kolkata on or before 07.09.2012.
5. The CsIT/ DsIT concerned are requested to ensure that the officers under order of transfer submit their
Self-appraisals and/ or Report/ Review of APARs for the year 2011-12 before handing over their charges.
6. Shri Rajendra Prasad (011006) shall hold the charge of RANGE – 22 in addition to his substantive charge till
the joining of Shri R K Chaturvedi (00560) or until further orders.
