• DISCUSSION :
• The Regulations in UNCLOS (see following)
state that MSR shall provide the Coastal
State with access to all data, samples,
results, conclusions for work in EEZ.
• Are MSR’s also bound to provide such data,
samples etc to ISA (or similar body) for work
in the AREA?
• Is there a central repository of all this data to
be ‘managed’ for the ‘good of mankind’?
