If, following the determination of an Event Determination Date in accordance with sub-paragraph (a)
of the definition of Event Determination Date but prior to the Physical Settlement Date or, to the
extent applicable, a Valuation Date, ISDA publicly announces that the conditions to convening a
Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee to Resolve the matters described in sub-paragraphs (a)
and (b) of the definition of Credit Event Resolution Request Date are satisfied in accordance with the
Rules, the timing requirements of Condition CL3(e) and the definitions of Cash Settlement Date,
Valuation Date, Notice of Physical Settlement, Physical Settlement Period, and any other Condition
as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion, shall toll and remain suspended until
such time as ISDA subsequently publicly announces that the relevant Credit Derivatives
Determinations Committee has Resolved (a) the matters described in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of
the definition of Credit Event Resolution Request Date or (b) not to determine such matters. Once
ISDA has publicly announced that the relevant Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee has
Resolved (i) the matters described in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of the definition of Credit Event
Resolution Request Date or (ii) not to determine such matters, the relevant timing requirements of
the Conditions that have previously tolled or been suspended shall resume on the Business Day
following such public announcement by ISDA. CL13 (Settlement Suspension) shall not apply to
either First-to-Default Cash CLS or First-to-Default Physical CLS.
CL14. DEFINITIONS
All capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this Credit-Linked Securities Conditions Module shall
have the meanings given to them in the Definitions Modules unless otherwise specified in the Issue
Terms.
