interest was focused on tendon repair.

More than 50 presentations at national and international meetings and
conventions, publications in Austrian, German and US-American journals and
teaching work at the nurcing school of the AKH Linz and at the
Fachhochschule Steyr (University of Heath Organicazional Logistics)
Since 1992, in the beginning experience only with bone indications, later on
treatment of all orthopaedic indications in shockwave treatment.

Vinzenz Auersperg is currently an investigator on clinical studies
evaluating total hip arthroplasty funded by Smith&Nephew and receives
personal remuneration from that.
Vinzenz Auersperg received in the past fundings from Boeringer-
Ingelheim to participate at advisory board meetings regarding oral
medications for thromboembolism.
Vinzenz Auersperg received in the past grants from Zimmer (before
Centerpulse, Sulzer Medical AG and Allopro) to participate clinical
studies evaluating total hip and knee arthroplasty and received personal
remuneration from that.
In the past Vinzenz Auersperg received from 1992 to 1994 support for
travel costs from Siemens AG (working group for development of
orthopaedic shockwave therapy).
Vinzenz Auersperg has at the moment no other current financial
interests or conflicts with any company producing and trading
devices for shockwave therapy.
