More than 50 presentations at national and international meetings and<br />

conventions, publications in Austrian, German and US-American journals and<br />

teaching work at the nurcing school of the AKH Linz and at the<br />

Fachhochschule Steyr (University of Heath Organicazional Logistics)<br />

Since 1992, in the beginning experience only with bone indications, later on<br />

treatment of all orthopaedic indications in shockwave treatment.<br />

Vinzenz Auersperg is currently an investigator on clinical studies<br />

evaluating total hip arthroplasty funded by Smith&Nephew and receives<br />

personal remuneration from that.<br />

Vinzenz Auersperg received in the past fundings from Boeringer-<br />

Ingelheim to participate at advisory board meetings regarding oral<br />

medications <strong>for</strong> thromboembolism.<br />

Vinzenz Auersperg received in the past grants from Zimmer (be<strong>for</strong>e<br />

Centerpulse, Sulzer <strong>Medical</strong> AG and Allopro) to participate clinical<br />

studies evaluating total hip and knee arthroplasty and received personal<br />

remuneration from that.<br />

In the past Vinzenz Auersperg received from 1992 to 1994 support <strong>for</strong><br />

travel costs from Siemens AG (working group <strong>for</strong> development of<br />

orthopaedic shockwave therapy).<br />

Vinzenz Auersperg has at the moment no other current financial<br />

interests or conflicts with any company producing and trading<br />
