GIRBAU sees the wet cleaning process as a total
treatment beginning with the garment pre-treatment
and ending with the fabric being ironed and stiffened.
Our range of finishing equipment consists of:
S/AV:
A self-contained Form Finisher, designed to achieve
rapid ironing, with exceptional results for garments
such as jackets, shirts and coats.
High capacity garment production is assured with
a self-contained machine incorporating a steam
generator plus a fan. It combines the act of tightening
with the air flow and the action of the steam to
achieve excellent results.
This finishing unit is a versatile machine with a great
production capacity, and can stiffen thick jacket
structures and coats perfectly, as well as ironing thin
fabrics such as shirts in an efficient, mechanised way.
S/AVR-S:
Vacuum-blowing ironing table:
A finishing table is essential in any dry cleaner’s, yet
having a highly efficient ironing table guarantees the
total satisfaction of our clients.
The blowing function makes it possible to create a
cushion of air to aid in ironing linen with protruding
parts, thereby achieving a form finisher effect.
This feature also improves the ironing, and treats
delicate items such as wool and silk very gently while
eliminating the problems of deformation.
The unit is fitted with a steam boiler incorporating a
pump for supplying the heating and steaming for the
table and the hand iron.
