Strategic Review Workshops were conducted between September and December 2004, involving the
Directors, Managers, Section Heads, Lecturers and Officers. Recommendations and insights gained
formed the basis of the ITE College East FY 2005 Work Plan.
ITE College East FY 2005 Work Plan
With the theme “A New College, A New Vision, A New Culture” and the ITE Advantage, the new 5-year
Strategic Roadmap for ITE, ITE College East has charted the direction and goals for the College in FY
2005, with 4 areas of focus. These areas are:
1. Embracing the ITE Advantage;
2. Developing a new College;
3. Building a new culture; and
4. Building the College’s organisational capability.
These areas of focus will not only set the direction and pace for our newly-established College but also
prepare the College as it launches into the frontier of a global economy.
