• Buy a qualifying complete Air Lift air spring kit and/or a qualifying complete Air Lift on-board air compressor system between 11/1/13 and 2/28/14.
• All documents must be submitted at the same time.
• This offer is good only in the U.S.A. and Canada.
• Rebate(s) issued in U.S. funds.
• Qualifying complete air spring kits: LoadLifter5000 TM , LoadLifter5000 TM ULTIMATE and RideControl TM . This offer excludes Air Lift1000 TM and AirCell TM .
• Qualifying complete on-board air compressor systems: WirelessAIR TM , WirelessOne TM , SmartAir TM , all LoadController TM series and QuickShot TM .
• Limit of $100 in rebates per household or address. Consumer offer only.

Mail the following in one envelope
• Fully completed Mail-in-Rebate form
• A copy of your original, dated sales receipt(s)
showing the air spring kit and/or the on-board air
compressor system.
• Original UPC (see example at right) cut off the
boxes* from the air spring kit and/or on-board air
compressor system. Do not send the shipping label
— this will not be accepted.
• All items above must be included with appropriate
postage postmarked by 3/31/14 in order for rebate to
be honored.
ORIGINAL UPC EXAMPLE
The UPC code is located on the side panel of both air spring and
compressor boxes and will have a part number, barcode and Air Lift
logo. Please cut out and send the entire label as shown below. Do
not send the shipping label – that will not be accepted.
