Day 15 Tai Chi in Hong Kong Park
Tai Chi is sometimes described as "meditation in motion." Originally developed in China as a form of
self-defence, this graceful form of exercise has existed for about two thousand years. This morning, a
local Tai Chi Master shows us how to gracefully perform this ancient remedy. Our orientation of the
city continues with a drive through the Central District and on to the famous fishing village of
Aberdeen whose people have adapted to the way of life on the river. Repulse Bay is next with its
stretch of golden sandy beaches making it one of the most picturesque areas in Hong Kong. Stanley
Market remains one of the most interesting areas to shop for that ‘great deal’ so a visit is a must. We
continue on to Victoria Peak for a panoramic view of Kowloon and the islands of the South China Sea.
Day 16 Hong Kong – ‘City of Life’
Kowloon is one of the most interesting areas of Hong Kong and this morning we strike out on foot to
explore this area in depth. We visit the Bird Market, Flower Market and even the goldfish market! A
visit to Hong Kong would not be complete without experiencing a Dim Sum lunch at a traditional
Chinese restaurant. After lunch, enjoy a visit to the Hong Kong Museum. This evening, join us for a
delightful farewell dinner in a very special venue. (B,L,D)
Day 17 Hong Kong to North America
A morning of free time gives you the opportunity to explore or relax at your own pace. Board your
