This warranty pertains only to the Bauer block supplied by <strong>Jordair</strong> <strong>Compressors</strong><br />
<strong>Inc</strong>. and shall only extend to the original retail purchaser of it exclusive of any<br />
distributor, dealer or wholesaler.<br />
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,<br />
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED<br />
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR<br />
PURPOSE.<br />
Any repair or disassembly without authorization from <strong>Jordair</strong> <strong>Compressors</strong><br />
<strong>Inc</strong>. may limit or void this warranty. This <strong>Warranty</strong> to repair or replace is the<br />
only warranty expressed, implied or statutory, on which the compressor or<br />
other product is sold.<br />
