In general, you should not share customer information<br />

with o<strong>the</strong>rs who are not involved in providing services<br />

<strong>the</strong> customer has engaged us to provide. Where a<br />

formal cross-marketing program has been reviewed<br />

and approved by <strong>the</strong> Legal Department and management<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> relevant Lines <strong>of</strong> Business, sharing information<br />

in accordance with <strong>the</strong> program terms is permissible —<br />

but before you release any information you should be<br />
