Uasi Musika, 34, <strong>of</strong> Kilauea, was sentenced to five years in<br />

prison for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree. Musika<br />

entered his guilty plea to the felony <strong>of</strong>fense on May 9, 2005.<br />

The <strong>of</strong>fense was committed on December 5, 2003 outside <strong>of</strong> Tomkat’s<br />

Grille in Koloa. After being informed by <strong>of</strong>ficers that he was<br />

under arrest for petty misdemeanor <strong>of</strong>fenses that occurred in<br />

Tomkat’s, Musika became belligerent, jabbed one <strong>of</strong>ficer in the<br />

chest, kicked the <strong>of</strong>ficer in the shin and threatened to kill both<br />

<strong>of</strong>ficers present.<br />

Sandy Kiilau, 39, <strong>of</strong> Lihue, was sentenced to five years in<br />

prison for Theft in the Second Degree. Kiilau entered her guilty<br />

plea to the felony <strong>of</strong>fense on May 17, 2005. The <strong>of</strong>fense occurred<br />

on <strong>July</strong> 16, 2004 at Kai Kane Hanalei. Kiilau took clothing <strong>of</strong>f<br />

the racks and concealed the items in a bag and left the store<br />

without paying for the items. When an employee <strong>of</strong> the store<br />

confronted Kiilau, she threw the items into nearby bushes.<br />

Derek Hepa, 36, <strong>of</strong> Kapaa, was sentenced to five years<br />

probation for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree<br />

(possession <strong>of</strong> methamphetamine). Special conditions to Hepa’s<br />

probation include one year in jail, substance abuse treatment,<br />

drug testing, and court fees. Hepa was also sentenced to 30 days<br />

jail for Reckless Driving and Driving While License Suspended or<br />

Revoked. Hepa could reduce the actual time he spends in jail by<br />
