Batten House won both the Swim Carnival and Athletic Sports.<br />
Nita Katinapi, Huihana Hemana, Chloe Kareko These three students were selected to attend the Prime<br />
Minister’s Project near the end of the holidays. The girls participated in the Performing Arts and Sports<br />
Projects.<br />
Anyang Liu: Earned a Scholarship pass in NCEA Level 3 Statistics.<br />
Aneesya Raviharan an ex <strong>Kelston</strong> <strong>Girls</strong> College student studying at the University of Auckland is doing post<br />
graduatestudy in Commerce this year and has been awarded a graduate position at Ernst and Young for<br />
February 2011.<br />

Dear Parents<br />
I extend a warm welcome to all parents and look forward to meeting you at school events over the year.<br />
This year is Board Elections year. If you are interested in being a parent representative on our board, I would<br />
very much like to hear from you. I can be contacted on 827 6063.<br />
Our first Board meeting is Thursday 25 February at 6.30 pm, in the Board Room.<br />
Parents are welcome to attend as observers.<br />
We are starting a fundraising Committee. Again, we would welcome parent participation on the Committee.<br />
