Pressure control valve type VE-529
Pressure control valve, type VE-529 is able to provide any kind of valve with pneumatic actuator a function as
either pressure reducing valve (P2 = k) or pressure relief valve (P 1 = k) - irrespective of the valve has to close
or open by failure of air supply and irrespective of the actuator is quarter-turn or linear.
The valve is developed and produced by KLINGER.dk. The valve makes the possibility to offer a custombuilt
solution in those cases where a pneumatic pressure reducing valve or pressure relief valve is needed.
In other words, the specific control valve can freely be chosen for the pipe system and the operating
conditions in question with the rated pneumatic actuator rated and then mount the pressure control valve type
VE-529.
A custom-built solution for the specific demands!
The pressure control valve consists of main 2 parts. First part is a diaphragm chamber, which is strength
balance part between the adjusted set pressure from a spring and the actual pressure from the pipe system
where the pressure has to be constant. By deviation in strength the diaphragm will be in unbalance and move
the stem to the other part, which is a 3/3-way pneumatic valve, which connects the air chamber in the actuator
to a shut off, to air supply or to exhaust.
The diaphragm chamber is made of stainless steel with 1/8" BSP
thread for measure pipe from pipe system. Diaphragm is made of
EPDM as standard.
The 3/3-way valve is made in brass with 1/8" BSP thread for all
air connections.
Max. 6 barg air supply.
The pressure control valve can keep a constant operation pressure
in the pipe system between 1 and 8 barg with an accuracy of +/-
0,2 bar.
