2) Extensions are valid for 1 year, irrespective of the term originally granted.<br />

3) You must lodge this form and pay the required fee prior <strong>to</strong> the lapsing of your <strong>consent</strong>.<br />

4) You cannot get an extension <strong>to</strong> your <strong>consent</strong> if the <strong>consent</strong> was granted for 5 years.<br />

Acknowledgement:<br />

You will receive a receipt for the amount paid. Soon after lodgement, we will also<br />

acknowledge lodgement of your application by providing you with its registered file<br />

number and the name of the development assessment officer who will assess your<br />

Payment methods<br />

You may pay by cash, eftpos or cheque. Make cheques<br />

payable <strong>to</strong> ‘<strong>Ku</strong>-<strong>ring</strong>-<strong>gai</strong> <strong>Council</strong>’. Please do not send<br />

cash in the mail.<br />

Transport and Parking<br />

Bus or Rail: The <strong>Council</strong> is located within five minutes<br />

walking distance from Gordon train<br />

station. From the station, head west up<br />

via St Johns Ave <strong>to</strong> the Pacific Highway.<br />

Turn right and walk <strong>to</strong> the end of the block<br />

along the Pacific Highway. Cross the<br />

Pacific Highway at the lights and walk<br />

right <strong>to</strong> <strong>Council</strong> Chambers.<br />

Parking:<br />

Short term cus<strong>to</strong>mer parking spaces are<br />

available on site. On-street parking in<br />

nearby streets is also available.<br />

Disability Access: Disability parking and a wheelchair<br />

accessible ramp are located at the Radford Place<br />

entrance <strong>to</strong> <strong>Council</strong>. A lift may be taken <strong>to</strong> the front<br />

counter.
