S<strong>in</strong>ce adopt<strong>in</strong>g market reforms <strong>in</strong> 1978, Ch<strong>in</strong>a has been among<br />
the world’s fastest grow<strong>in</strong>g economies. Ch<strong>in</strong>a is a magnet for<br />
foreign <strong>in</strong>vestors, with its economy grow<strong>in</strong>g at 10% for four<br />
years runn<strong>in</strong>g and to become the fourth economic power <strong>in</strong><br />
the world. Although the Ch<strong>in</strong>ese government has opened its<br />
markets to a certa<strong>in</strong> extent to attract foreign <strong>in</strong>vestors by<br />
adopt<strong>in</strong>g a pro-bus<strong>in</strong>ess environment <strong>in</strong> selected economic<br />
