Plasticizers ADHESIVES AND SEALANTS PRODUCT Group PRODUCT NAME PRODUcer PRODUcT description Adipates OXSOFT DOA Oxea DOA, (di-2-Ethylhexyl)-adipat, is also known by the name di-octyl-adipat. This plasticizer is used in applications for packaging films in food industry, seals, tubes, hoses, floor covers and cables. Benzoates Jayflex TM MB 10 ExxonMobil Chemical Isodecyl-benzoate phthalate-free plasticizers for PUR sealants, acrylic-based adhesives, MS polymer-based and silaneterminated systems, alternative for critical short-chained esters such as DIBP, DBP, BBP at comparable performance level. K-Flex ® Emerald Performance Materials 100% phthalate free, high solvating and fast fusing. They can be used to replace plasticizers such as dibutyl phthalate (DBP), diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP), diisheptyl phthalate (DIHP) and butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP). Hexanoates OXSOFT 3G8 Oxea Triethylenglycol-di-(2-ethylhexanoate) Plasticizer Oils Paganini Q8 Kuwait Petroleum Paganini Oils (370P – 4500P) are paraffinic Group I oils (processing oils) without labeling obligation and a high content of aromatic hydrocarbons. The main applications are in the rubber, paint and plastic industry. Benefits: low ash content, low aniline point, low asphalt content and a low loss of vaporization. Puccini Q8 Kuwait Petroleum Puccini Oils (4P – 475P) are paraffinic Group I oils (processing oils) with the main application in the rubber and printing inks industry. Benefits: Core cuts with low sulphur contents (< 0,3%), color fastness, bright color, minimal vaporization loss when heated, low contents of aromatics and good oxidation stability. Phthalates Jayflex TM ExxonMobil Chemical Plasticizers, phtalates based on C9 – C13 alcohols. Applicable for PVC and rubber processing, adhesives and sealants, as dispersing agents, as carriers for active substances and additives, as solvents for cleaning systems, as base oils/esters for lubricants and stabilizers for dangerous substances. Specialty Blends OXSOFT ® DUO1 Oxea Features an excellent migration profile combined with good processability. The low viscosity of the product enables easy handling. OXSOFT DUO1 offers very good low temperature properties and is recommended in applications like artificial leather, flooring, roofing membranes, PVC films, coated fabrics and special cables. OXSOFT ® DUO2 Oxea Features a further improved migration profile compared to OXSOFT DUO1, but still the product is easy to process. The extraction resistance and fogging values are excellent. OXSOFT DUO2 is recommended in applications where migration is a concern but where high viscosity products like TOTM are causing process issues. Terephthalates OXSOFT GPO Oxea (Bis(2-ethylhexyl)terephthalate), also known as Di-Octyl- Terephthalate. Trimellitates OXSOFT TOTM Oxea TOTM, (tri-(2-ethylhexyl) trimellitate, tri-octyl trimellitate). Highly permanent plasticizer for PVC and other resins, for medical/technical equipment, food processing, extremely low volatility, excellent protection against calcium soaps, low surface diffusion. Dispersions and Emulsions Carbo-Nanomaterials CarboDis Future Carbon Dustfree, simply dosed and stable dispersions of carbon nanotubes. They can be used to create specific electrical and mechanical properties in an end-product. Polychloroprene Latices Skyprene ® Tosoh Waterborne polychloroprene latices for contact adhesives. 6

Formulation of adhesives for paper, packaging, PVC, furniture foil lamination, flooring, walls and ceilings, ceramics. Further for water resistant wood glues and for heat sealing adhesives. Epoxy Hardeners ECA 100 NC Dixie Chemical Company Blend HHPA/MHHPA/MTHPA, epoxy curing agent to form highly cross-linked polymers with excellent physical (UV and alkaline resistance) and electrical properties. HHPA Dixie Chemical Company Hexahydrophthalic anhydride Epoxy Resins CarboCond Future Carbon Electrically conductive, solvent-free and stably crystalizing epoxy resins. They consist of low-molecular bisphenol A and bisphenol F components, and contain carbon nanoparticles. Floors, coatings, cast parts, ESD protective components, CarboCond can be used wherever very high electrical conductivity is called for. Polyester Resins, saturated Vitel Bostik Linear polyesters for coatings and adhesives. Fillers and Reinforcements Glass Microspheres MinTron TM RockTron International Alumino-silicate spheres, predominantly spherical, 100% recycling material = eco-minerals with minor carbon footprint. Particle Size Distribution d 90: 35 – 55 µm, d 50: 8 – 14 µm. Filler for plastics to replace ordinary glass beads and to improve the mechanical properties. MinTron TM 7 RockTron International Alumino-silicate spheres, predominantly spherical, 100% recycling material = eco-minerals with minor carbon footprint.
