EVERY DAY FILLED WITH ACTIVITY AND FUN!
King’s Hawford has ideal facilities for the variety of activities we offer – extensive grounds, a sports hall,
swimming pool and well-equipped rooms for indoor activities. The emphasis is of course, FUN! During
Activity Camp and Holiday Club the children will participate in a range of activities including a variety of
sports & games, craft & cooking, as well as many other activities both on and off site to give a balanced
day. Off site activities will also be on offer on some occasions. They are all fully supervised by our team.
Football Camp allows the children to lean new skills and drills and take part in games and tournaments.
Activity Camp (Swimming kit required every day) and Holiday Club Fees (8.00am – 5.50pm):

Football Camp Fees: (Football boots, trainers, shin pads and a change of clothing required.)
3 day course (10am-3pm) £40 per child

Additional £10 per day for before and after school care starting at 8.00am – 5.50pm
(£5 for either AM or PM)
OFF-SITE ACTIVITIES: The attached form should be completed and any additional fees included.
Limited places are available for most outings therefore early booking is advised. Extra information and
links to the offsite activities pages can be found on the King’s Hawford website, in the activities pages.
FOOD: Please bring a packed lunch including a drink.
(We will also provide biscuits and drinks at break times during Activity Camp and Holiday Club.)
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
King’s Hawford School reserves the right to change the courses, outings or any activities should the
necessity arise.
Although we take great care to ensure the safety of your children at all times, we cannot accept liability for
personal injury or loss of property that may occur. Parents should make their own arrangements for personal
injury insurance if they wish to do so. (Almost all children who attend The King’s Schools are covered by
their normal personal Accident Insurance Scheme).
50% of the fees will be retained in the event of cancellation with less than 4 week’s notice and the whole fee
if less than 2 week’s notice. If your child is poorly on the day they are attending we will offer that day on
the following holiday. Late bookings after the last day of term can only be accepted if the staff ratios
allow.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have booked, additional information can be found on our website. Children
will need their swimming kit every day if attending Activity Camp. Additional information includes things
such as the use of sun cream and who to contact in an emergency. Please become familiar with this.
