. The Sub Divisional Engineer(Electrical), BSNL Electrical Sub Division –
VII, Chennai invites on behalf of BSNL item rate tenders for the work of SITC of (3+1)
7 TR PAC units for OCB & EWSD MSU in TE Chrompet,Chennai (SW:- Extending Visual
indication and Resetting arrangement to Power room and pdg additional Supply air
duct)
Eligibility criteria
The Contractors satisfying the following conditions:
1. Average annual turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31stMarch of
the previous financial year, should be at least 30% of the estimated
cost put to tender.
AND
2. The manufacturer or their authorized service dealer. The letter of
authorization in original from the manufacturer will be produced by the
dealer.
OR
3. Experience of having successfully completed similar works in BSNL
during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which
applications are invited , should be either of the following
:
Three similar successfully completed works costing not less than the
amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender.
OR
Two similar successfully completed works costing not less than the
amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost put to tender.
OR
One similar successfully completed work costing not less than the amount
equal to 80% of the estimated cost put to tender.
NOTE: The estimated cost of one year shall be considered to evaluate the
eligibility criteria.
The contractors shall submit and confirm valid Chartered Accountant Certificate and
service tax Registration Certificate with attested copies as applicable along with the
application on printed letter head for purchase of tender.
The tender will be received up to 3.00 P.M. on10-06-2013and opened
on 3.30 PM on the same day. In case holiday is declared on the opening day
the tenders will be opened on the next working day.
1. Estimate Cost: Rs.47,737/-
2. EMD: Rs. 955/-
3. Last date for sale of Tender Schedules: 07-06-2013 up to 4.00PM
4. Cost of Tender Schedule: Rs. 158/-
5. Security Deposit: 5% of contract value
6. Performance Guarantee: 5% of contract value
7. Time for Completion: One Month.
