GASTRONOMIC OPUS<br />
general terms of sale<br />
1/ Service includes 1 waiter for every 60 guests for breaks and cocktail receptions.<br />
2/ Service includes the presence of a waiter, preparation and clearing away, spanning a 4-hour period. All additional hours<br />
will be invoiced at 23.45€ exc. VAT per waiter. This tariff applies from Monday to Saturday but does not include late-night<br />
service.<br />
3/ A supplement may be charged for :<br />
- sundays, bank holidays and late-night service (between midnight and 6am)<br />
- services provided in the exhibition area<br />
4/ Coffee break and cocktail receptions include :<br />
• table-service<br />
• tablecloths<br />
• tables<br />
• decoration<br />
• waiter service<br />
5/ The ‘Selections’ are exclusive to Lille Grand Palais.<br />
6/ The room hire is not included in the price of the coffee breaks and cocktail receptions.<br />
7/ Hot items are available for your cocktail receptions for a supplement.<br />
