The lifestyle of children has undergone an enormous change during the last two decades: television,<br />
computers and video games have replaced many of the physical activities children used to enjoy. The words<br />
obesity, diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure are mentioned more and more often when speaking<br />
about the children of today.<br />
Fitness seems to have taken the backseat when it comes to modern children. Our kids are becoming physically<br />
inactive and unmotivated which leads to an unhealthy lifestyle and their health is deteriorating.<br />
Gymstick wants to be a part of solving the problem. Gymstick KIDS series inspire<br />
children to physical activity at home. It will be fun for both children and parents to<br />
encourage the kids to blow off their energy by physical training! They just need<br />
