Gymstick Power Wheelz is a fitness tool combining exercise rollers and exercise bands into one
effective workout . With Power Wheelz you can do effective combination and core movements in
standing position - the most demanding movements are made on floor level. Your own body weight and
gravity will challenge your body when performing different variations of rolling movements with Power
Wheelz. With Power Wheelz you can do individual muscle conditioning workouts at home or you can
join a Power Wheelz group class at a fitness studio.
