Gain a healthy and rewarding lifestyle with Oxygen Aerobics TM . This is a class that Lee Ann designed to increase<br />

energy, flexibility, muscle tone and have some “FUN!” The class begins with an 8 min. stretch warm up with deep<br />

breathing techniques to increase the oxygen flow to the muscles, then we’ll begin the Oxygen Aerobics TM which is<br />

choreographed, energetic and fun music to a mix of choreographed basic dance moves and Cardio Kickboxing<br />

routines bringing the heart rate slowly and safely up to a max. 60-65% and then back down slowly to beginning<br />

heart rate. Next is the Tai Chi which is an internal calming and centering with a total body cool down gentle stretch.<br />

Standing abdominal workout will end the class. Please bring water and let’s have some fun!<br />
