Acquisition Strategy This project funds advanced systems engineering, research, development, test and evaluation of new and emerging technologies to optimize terminal performance and communications control. Once the technologies are mature and deemed feasible, funding and management responsibility for implementation of the technology will transition to Army PORs. The funds provided for T2C2 will be used to conduct an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA),and produce documentation in support of Milestone C decision. E.
