The ThinkPad A20m entry models offer

ThinkPad A20p: high performance
models, rich multimedia
The 1.5" 4 -thin ThinkPad A20p performance
models have a Titanium Composite
in the top cover for enhanced strength 5
in a lightweight design. With a travel
weight of about 7.0 lb, the ThinkPad A20p
features a 15" SXGA Plus TFT display, S-
video-in and S-video-out ports, ATI ®
Rage TM Mobility 128 video chip and MGI
VideoWave III video editing software. With
the ThinkPad A20p, you can also have
superb graphics by connecting an
optional external digital monitor 6 via the
Digital Video Interface (DVI) port on either
of the optional docking solutions. The
ThinkPad A20p also offers the UltraPort TM
connector for options such as the digital
UltraPort Camera—plus an Intel Mobile
Pentium ® III processor at 750MHz with
Intel SpeedStep TM technology.
Interchangeable devices
You can swap standard and optional
devices such as CD-Read/Write, DVD-
ROM, CD-ROM, SuperDisk (LS-120), Zip
250MB, second hard disk drive, travel bezel
or second battery using the new integrated,
easy-loading modular Ultrabay TM
2000. The Ultrabay 2000 devices, the optional
ThinkPad Port Replicator and the
ThinkPad Dock can also be used with the
ThinkPad T Series models.
Versatile connectivity
You’ll be ready to connect with standard
RJ-45 and RJ-11 ports and the versatile
user-accessible Communications Bay,
which makes it easier to service and ready
for industry-standard Mini PCI cards. You
can even work wireless with the optional
802.11b wireless LAN solution. To simplify
device connectivity and remove the need
for cables, IBM is planning to announce
Bluetooth TM wireless communications devices
including an option for the UltraPort
connector, in the second half of 2000.

and RJ-11 ports and the versatile useraccessible
Communications Bay with
