AD-164n. $139. V i n t a g e Miniature Fa s h i o n Do l l Ha t s Discovered in a Paris archive and believed to have been made c. 1940, although you will be certain they are 130 years old! The 1865-style hats were pressed on the original 1865 hat molds so they have the exact shape of the originals. They are made of antique felt, flannel or cashmere wools, and are decorated with 19th-century silks, feathers, and flowers. Each is lined with hand-stitched gathered silk. Suitable for 15" to 18" fashion-style dolls. Each is different. We will choose a beautiful example for you. OS-113. $195. MA-205. $20. 24" Ca r v e d Wo o d e n Ma n n e q u i n in t h e 18t h Ce n t u r y Ma n n e r Artistically carved and age-patinated, the 18th century style figure was used thoughout its life as religious figure, and later as a fashion mannequin. The antique models are impossible to find, but Dollmasters has located an excellent replica with fine attention to authentic details including carving and a glazed enamel of the eyes to appear almost as though glass. 24". I n d i a n So n g t h e Be a r By Amy Goodrich. Renowned American artist Amy Goodrich used Eastern themes as an inspiration for this Dollmaster exclusive one-of-a-kind bear. Adorning the bear’s torso is a sequin-formed Indian elephant, and the bear’s limbs possess "weathered" stitched adornments adding to the Far Eastern feel. 25". Made in the original 18th century manner in a combination of wood and sculpted paper mache, she is artistically painted to enhance her heavily lidded downcast eyes and gentle smile. The superbly talented American cloth doll artist Susan Fosnot has an idea that will solve that problem. She has oil-painted the doll face on canvas ready for you to fit on the rest of a doll that you assemble. All of the materials and instructions needed for the entire doll and costume are included in her kit along with the painted face. In her own words, "I painted the face myself, and each one is a little different from all the others. I feel that we are making this doll together. I have done my part and now it's your turn!"
