The famous illustrator, Palmer Cox, introduced his
Brownies in 1887 in a series of children's books. Since that
time they have been made into many forms of popular
culture from napkin rings to postcards. Now the celebrated
American artist introduces his interpretation of the
Brownie characters, to be issued one by one over a period
of time. Uncle Sam, the patriotic Brownie, is made of finest
all-wool felt with jointing at the neck and shoulders, and a
secure wire armature to allow for self standing. Every detail
is perfect, including his incredibly tiny fingers and feet, just
