UPDATE: To align with the new release of OVPA version 4.6, <strong>HP</strong> has extended<br />
the support period of <strong>GlancePlus</strong> <strong>and</strong> OVPA version prior to version 4.5. The<br />
new End of Support date defined is February 28, 2007. Also the End of Self Help<br />
Support for all referred version is extended till February 28, 2009.<br />

On December 1, 2005, <strong>HP</strong> announced the version obsolescence of <strong>HP</strong> <strong>OpenView</strong><br />
<strong>GlancePlus</strong> (Glance) <strong>and</strong> <strong>HP</strong> <strong>OpenView</strong> <strong>Performance</strong> <strong>Agent</strong> (OVPA) versions prior to<br />
the current version, the product obsolescence of Glance <strong>and</strong> OVPA SINIX <strong>and</strong> NCR<br />
versions <strong>and</strong> the product obsolescence of <strong>HP</strong> <strong>OpenView</strong> <strong>MeasureWare</strong> (MWA). This<br />
document provides you with answers to frequently asked questions regarding this<br />
announcement.<br />

When is <strong>HP</strong> discontinuing these products?<br />
Effective April 30, 2006 <strong>HP</strong> is discontinuing <strong>HP</strong> <strong>OpenView</strong> <strong>MeasureWare</strong><br />
products. Current customers may continue to purchase additional copies of<br />
<strong>MeasureWare</strong> products through February 28, 2006. As of this date, the product<br />
will be removed from <strong>HP</strong>’s Corporate Price List <strong>and</strong> will no longer be orderable.<br />
Effective October 31, 2006 <strong>HP</strong> is discontinuing <strong>HP</strong> <strong>OpenView</strong> <strong>GlancePlus</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>HP</strong><br />
<strong>OpenView</strong> <strong>Performance</strong> <strong>Agent</strong> SINIX <strong>and</strong> NCR version products. Current<br />
customers may continue to purchase additional copies of these Glance <strong>and</strong> OVPA<br />
SINIX <strong>and</strong> NCR version products through February 28, 2006. As of this date, the<br />
