Upon completion of the wireframes and the data dictionary, we were in a position<br />

to start putting things together using the toolkit. The initial plan was to convert the<br />

data dictionary to software called protégé. This is a tool that provides hierarchical<br />

structures to define data types and sections. The field names and the data types<br />

were to be defined using this software. This was then going to be translated to an<br />

XML schema, which could be uploaded to the tomcat local server to display the<br />

forms created.<br />
