Upon completion of the wireframes and the data dictionary, we were in a position
to start putting things together using the toolkit. The initial plan was to convert the
data dictionary to software called protégé. This is a tool that provides hierarchical
structures to define data types and sections. The field names and the data types
were to be defined using this software. This was then going to be translated to an
XML schema, which could be uploaded to the tomcat local server to display the
forms created.
