3.0 Methodology<br />

Figure 15 looks complicated when first looked at; but in fact the only things<br />

defined here are the section names and whether they should be ranked or<br />

unranked. The contents are the entries defined earlier; they simply need to be<br />

picked from the dropdown.<br />

The toolkit makes the process itself very simple; the hardest part is working<br />

out which entry belongs to which section. We can see that the first section contains<br />

two entries, the clinic date and the reason for visit.<br />

When this was done, the exact process was repeated to assign the various<br />

sections to the appropriate forms (Figure 16). Again, this was a very simple<br />

process because all the sections had already been defined; they just needed to be<br />

linked to the forms they belonged to. If a section (or an entry) appeared more than<br />

once through the forms, they could just be picked again from the list.<br />
