Above is the elements sheet. The element name is specified, along with its display
name. This was not mandatory to specify, unless an entry contained multiple
elements (normally the entry name would act as the name displayed to the user).
Figure 32 shows an entry with multiple elements. Then there are standard element
types and enumerated values. Standard types include boolean (true/false), integer
(a number), string (of text) and date. The type ‘enumerated value’ was assigned
every time we wanted an entry to have a drop down box with options to pick from.
These options were filled in the values section. This process took a long time;
every possible option that could occur in that field had to be put in this section.
