Amendments to Race Plan 

Salisbury 5 th September 

The distance of the Maiden race has been changed from 7 furlongs to 8 furlongs. 

The 0-75 over 1m has been changed to a 0-75(80) Extended Handicap Race. 

Registration Fees 

As in previous years, ARO is pleased to announce that from the 1 st August 2010, horse registration fees are now half 

price (£46.27) for the remainder of the season. 

The Royal Cavalry of Oman Novice Rider’ Series 

The Royal Cavalry, The Sultanate of Oman, has kindly sponsored a Novice Rider’ Series consisting of 5 races open to jockeys 

who have ridden fewer than 5 winners under ARO regulations, Point-to-Point, the rules of any recognised Turf Authority or any 

combination of the three, at the beginning of the 2010 race series. 

The final races of the season are at: 

Hereford, 21 st August 0-70 1m 1f £1000 

Stratford, 25 th September 0-65 1m £1000
