We were selected by North
Ayrshire Council to be the
preferred partner for a new
social housing development
on the Isle of Arran.
The 56 new build development in Lamlash has been
funded with £2.4m of Scottish Government Innovation
and Investment funding, topped up by £798,280
provided by North Ayrshire Council.
Work will start on site this summer and the expected
completion date is Spring 2014. When complete, the
development will comprise of 40 units for social rent
and 16 for shared equity sale.
