Istituto Marangoniʼs website aims at providing information regarding the company and its
academic activities. The access to the website, as well as the acquisition of material and
information contained therein, imply the acceptance of these terms and conditions. You
are invited not to access the website or download material and information if you do not
intend to comply with these terms and conditions.

Marangoni. The rights related to their use, the copyright, and the related rights are

Code for the Protection of Personal Data
We inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 provides for the protection
of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to the
law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and
protection of your privacy and your rights. Pursuant to Article 13 of the Legislative Decrees
196/2003, we provide the following information:
The holder of personal data is Istituto Marangoni Srl, Milan Via Verri, 4 – VAT no.
09447270159 represented by its Managing Director Roberto Riccio.
The information you provided will be used to manage relationships with business clients,
for activities concerning services, and administrative or fiscal obligations. Whether the
data will be managed manually or with the aid of electronic tools the information will be
used solely for the above-mentioned purposes. Refusal to provide such data may result in
the failure to provide services written in the contract.
The data will not be distributed, and may be disclosed only to perform the activities
necessary to perform the service requested to the following subjects:
• Bodies whose data is necessary to carry out legal obligations or for purposes of the
contract
• Companies in charge of service delivery
• Our consultants and professionals hired to perform fiscal administrative tasks or
technical auxiliary activities.
The data contained on Istituto Marangoniʼs website does not contain sensitive data as
defined by the 196/03 Legislative Decrees on privacy. The personal information provided

y users who request the dispatch of informative material or candidatures ("curriculum
vitae", etc.) are used only to perform the service or provision requested, and will be
disclosed to third parties only if necessary for that purpose. In any case the information
will be treated in accordance with the current legislation on personal data protection
(Legislative Decrees 196/03). The access to the website ensures confidentiality of the

concerning yourself and the communication of such data in intelligible form, whether

• 2. You have the right to obtain information:

• b) On the purposes and methods of processing;
• c) On the logic applied in case of processing with the help of electronic means;
• d) On the identity of the owner, manager and representative appointed under article
5, paragraph 2;
• e) On subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or
who can learn about them as appointed representative in the professional role, of
managers or agents.
• 3.You have the right to obtain:
• a) The updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data;
• b) The cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data
processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the
purposes for which the data is collected or subsequently processed;
• c) The certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also

Law and Jurisdiction
The Italian law governs these terms and conditions. The Court of Milan, will have
exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these conditions.
