Instructions for Installation
Room sensor, TBLZ-1-24/GOLD
Outdoor sensor, TBLZ-1-25/GOLD
Temperature sensor, TBLZ-1-25-2/MIRUVENT
1. General
The sensor is intended for wall mounting and is equipped
with a screw terminal connection for a cable.
2. Range of Application
Room sensor, TBLZ-1-24/GOLD
The room temperature sensor is designed for supplementing
the extract air temperature sensor located inside the air
handling unit. The room sensor is used when the temperature
in a room shall be given priority. It can also be used if
there are temperature losses in the extract air duct up to
the air handling unit’s point of measurement.
Outdoor sensor, TBLZ-1-25/GOLD
The outdoor sensor is designed for supplementing the
outdoor air temperature sensor located inside the air
handling unit. The outdoor sensor is used when measurement
of the outdoor temperature is required while the air
handling unit is idle or the outdoor air duct is closed off.
The sensor can also be used as a room sensor a sensor of a
higher enclosure class is required.
Temperature sensor, TBLZ-1-25-2/MIRUVENT
The outdoor sensor is designed for measuring the outdoor
air temperature or the room temperature.. It is used for
offsetting the pressure or airflow setpoint.
3. Installation
3.1 Room sensor, TBLZ-1-24
Carefully remove the upper, smaller cover. Then unscrew
the screw to remove the lower, larger cover. Secure the
sensor to an interior wall by means of two screws. The
sensor’s air flow-through slots must be positioned vertically.
Position the sensor at a representative point of measurement
about 1.5 metres above the floor. Avoid sources
of interference such as radiators, direct solar radiation and
the like.
3.2 Outdoor sensor, TBLZ-1-25/
Temperature sensor, TBLZ-1-25-2
Secure the sensor to an exterior wall by means of two
screws. Note that the sensor should be mounted with
the cable gland facing downward. Position the sensor at
a representative point of measurement. Avoid sources
of interference such as direct solar radiation, exhaust air
discharge and the like.
If the sensor is used as a room sensor, locate and install
the sensor as described in the paragraph above.
TBLZ-1-24
4. Technical data
5. Electrical connections
The electrical connections should be wired by a qualified
electrician in accordance with local electrical safety regulations.
5.1 Room sensor, TBLZ-1-24/
Outdoor sensor, TBLZ-1-25 for the GOLD
The temperature sensor is digital and depending on the
nature of the installation may be sensitive to external
interference. The cable to the temperature sensor must
not be run parallel with and near a power cable. If the
sensor cable crosses a power cable, it should cross it at a
90° angle.
