Fluke 190-502 ScopeMeter ®
Handheld Oscilloscope
N10140
Accurately capture noise, distortion and other signal
characteristics with 500 MHz bandwidth and 5 GS/sec
sampling rate.
500 MHz, 5 GS/sec—the
legacy of leadership continues
After 20 years, Fluke ScopeMeter® industrial
scopes still lead, now with 500 MHz
bandwidth and 5 GS/s sampling speed.
The Fluke 190 Series II extends your
troubleshooting arsenal, showing you
waveform shape, timing, distortion and
disturbance in greater detail than ever
before. Two- and four-channel models fit
any application, measuring signals from
60 MHz to 500 MHz. ScopeMeter® test
tools are number one in ruggedness, the
only completely sealed, drip-proof, dustproof
IP51 rated handheld scopes.
• 500 MHz bandwidth
• Two independent isolated inputs, up
to 1000 V
ScopeMeter test tool advantages
in today’s applications?
A faster sample rate and higher bandwidth
means greater accuracy and
clarity. The scope will capture and
display unknown waveform shapes,
amplitudes and any disturbances. In
order to display at least the fifth harmonic
component of a signal, a good
rule of thumb is to select a scope with
a bandwidth of at least five times the
maximum clock rate of the device under
test. The faster the sample interval, the
more accurate and detailed the scope
will display a signal edge (dV/dt) and
peaks of any reflections or transients.
