Product Description<br />
<strong>Timberlox</strong> <strong>Interior</strong>/<strong>Exterior</strong> <strong>Wiping</strong> <strong>Stain</strong> is a solvent base semi transparent wiping stain for use on interior or<br />
exterior unfinished wood work including furniture, doors, moldings and millwork. This product features<br />
excellent penetrating and grain definition properties and will not streak or leave lap lines. This is a pigmentbased<br />
stain which will last much longer than dye-based stains. May be applied by brush, spray, or wiping<br />
with a soft cloth. Best suited for use under solvent base and waterborne clear coats. Approved by the<br />
Master <strong>Paint</strong>er's Institute under category # 90.<br />
Intended Uses<br />
For the professional applicator as well as the do-it-yourselfer. This product is easy to apply by spray, brush,<br />
roll or wipe. Suitable for use under a wide variety of clear topcoats.<br />

Surface Preparation<br />
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of contaminants such as oils, grease, wax or sanding dust. For best<br />
results, moisture content should be below 18%. Wood should be sanded to a 120 - 220 grit smoothness<br />
before staining. This product requires constant agitation during application for consistant results. Failure to<br />
agitate may result in colorant settling out.<br />

CONTAINS PETROLEUM DISTILLATE. HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED. CAUSES EYE AND SKIN<br />
IRRITATION. VAPOUR HARMFUL. COMBUSTIBLE. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Keep away<br />
from heat, sparks, and open flame. Do not take internally. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, and breathing<br />
or vapour mist. Wear an air supplied mask when applying in enclosed areas. Wash thoroughly after<br />
handling. Close container after EACH use. USE WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION.<br />
First Aid<br />
In case of eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Wash contaminated<br />
skin with soap and water. If ingested, call physician or the Poison Control Centre immediately.<br />
