2 Required System Configuration Prior to installing any Neopost Data System product, the new Microsoft® Windows XP (model# NSK-1380) system must be configured appropriately with the proper users and access rights that are demanded by the products. 2.1 Add and Configure User Accounts Two user accounts (NEOPOST and FEDEXUSER) must be added and configured with Administrative privileges for any Neopost Data Systems product. 1. Select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management. 2. Expand Local Users and Groups. 3. Right-click Users and select "New User...". 4. Type in NEOPOST (All CAPS) for the User name, Full Name, Description, Password and Confirm Password. 5. Uncheck the option for “User must change password at next logon”.
