A house or flat share is usually where a group of people share<br />
accommodation and the cost of rent and bills. <strong>The</strong>y are usually advertised in<br />
local newspapers and in shop windows.<br />

SHARED OWNERSHIP<br />
Shared ownership allows you to part rent and part buy a property that you<br />
may not normally be able to afford. This is usually provided by a Housing<br />
Association. Some associations provide special schemes to support key<br />
workers. Key workers can include police, teachers, health service workers<br />
and others.<br />
