Kevin Hall<br />

Kevin Hall serves as the<br />
Vice President of Supply<br />
Chain and Continuous<br />
Improvement for American<br />
Italian Pasta Company, a<br />
CPG food company, with<br />
branded/private label products. AIPC was<br />
acquired by RalCorp in 2010 which was<br />
acquired by Conagra Foods in February<br />
2013. Hall directs the global supply<br />
chain for the three North American and<br />
three European manufacturing operations<br />
and eight global Distribution Centers. His<br />
scope of responsibilities include co-pack<br />
and contract manufacturing operations,<br />
commodities, purchasing, S&OP, logistics<br />
and customer service. He also serves as<br />
the enterprise continuous improvement<br />
leader driving business strategy, cultural<br />
transformation and organizational<br />
alignment. Hall served as an executive<br />
member of the turnaround management<br />
team guiding AIPC through a dramatic<br />
internal restructuring yielding a $1.2 Billion<br />
rise in enterprise value within 4 years.<br />
He was the architect for the company’s<br />
nationally recognized S&OP process and<br />
business operating system. Prior to AIPC<br />
Hall has served 25 years in executive and<br />
leadership roles with Arizona Chemical,<br />
International Paper, Savage Industries,<br />
Harris Chemical <strong>Group</strong>, Marsulex, CIL<br />
and ICI. Hall has extensive logistics<br />
operations experience serving as the<br />
General Manager for short line railroads,<br />
port terminals and trucking operations.<br />
Hall attended the University of Tennessee<br />
earning a BS Transportation and Logistics.<br />

leadership roles in over 20 companies;<br />
mostly in manufacturing and distribution<br />
with a few service companies thrown<br />

– business model conceptualization and<br />
design, R&D, marketing, sales, operations<br />
and finance. His core values of helping<br />

Gary Hirschel<br />

Mr. Hirschel is currently the<br />
Vice President of Global<br />
Operations for Life Fitness,<br />
a $650M division of the<br />
Brunswick Corporation with<br />
distribution in more than<br />
120 countries. His current responsibilities<br />
cover manufacturing, supply chain, delivery<br />
and installation, service and quality. Mr.<br />
Hirschel has 23 years of experience<br />
in operational roles in healthcare and<br />
durable goods for both the commercial<br />
and consumer market places. Mr. Hirschel<br />
also has a strong understanding of the<br />
various distribution models which exist<br />
in various channels and sectors. Prior to<br />
Life Fitness Mr. Hirschel was the Director<br />
of Supply Chain for Baxter Healthcare<br />
headquartered in Deerfield, IL. Mr. Hirschel<br />
graduated for Illinois State University with<br />
a BS in information systems and earned<br />
his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg<br />
Graduate School of Management. Mr.<br />
Hirschel has hands-on responsibility for<br />
multi-plant and multi-country facilities<br />
and focuses on continuous improvement<br />
utilizing lean practices and aligning the<br />
needs of the customer with the operational<br />
capabilities. Mr. Hirschel has a passion<br />
for the “customer experience” and creates<br />
competitive differentiation by improving the<br />
customer experience through operational<br />
capabilities.<br />
Gregory Knott<br />

Greg Knott is VP &<br />
Division CIO of Global<br />
Supply Chain Solutions<br />
at Ryder System, Inc.<br />
He is responsible for all<br />
Information Technology<br />
solutions provided by Ryder to help<br />
companies optimize their supply chain<br />
operations. Prior to joining Ryder, Mr.<br />
Knott served as the CIO of HUMMER, the<br />
CIO of General Motors Global Service<br />
and Parts, and the CIO of John Deere’s<br />
Worldwide Parts Division. He has more<br />
than 20 years’ experience in supply chain<br />
IT. He was Chairman of the Board of<br />
OEConnection, an e-commerce company<br />
serving automotive dealers, and served on<br />
the board of GM Products and Services.<br />
Mr. Knott was a member of President<br />
Reagan’s Private Sector Survey of Cost<br />
Control in the Federal Government, also<br />
known as the Grace Commission.<br />
Mr. Knott graduated from Iowa State<br />
University with a BS in Computer<br />
Science and has a MBA in Operations<br />
Management from the University of Iowa.<br />
