Kevin Hall
Vice President, Supply Chain and

American Italian Pasta Company
Kevin Hall serves as the
Vice President of Supply
Chain and Continuous
Improvement for American
Italian Pasta Company, a
CPG food company, with
branded/private label products. AIPC was
acquired by RalCorp in 2010 which was
acquired by Conagra Foods in February
2013. Hall directs the global supply
chain for the three North American and
three European manufacturing operations
and eight global Distribution Centers. His
scope of responsibilities include co-pack
and contract manufacturing operations,
commodities, purchasing, S&OP, logistics
and customer service. He also serves as
the enterprise continuous improvement
leader driving business strategy, cultural
transformation and organizational
alignment. Hall served as an executive
member of the turnaround management
team guiding AIPC through a dramatic
internal restructuring yielding a $1.2 Billion
rise in enterprise value within 4 years.
He was the architect for the company’s
nationally recognized S&OP process and
business operating system. Prior to AIPC
Hall has served 25 years in executive and
leadership roles with Arizona Chemical,
International Paper, Savage Industries,
Harris Chemical Group, Marsulex, CIL
and ICI. Hall has extensive logistics
operations experience serving as the
General Manager for short line railroads,
port terminals and trucking operations.
Hall attended the University of Tennessee
earning a BS Transportation and Logistics.
Howard Hauser

mostly in manufacturing and distribution
with a few service companies thrown
in to round things out. The depth of his
experience encompasses virtually every
aspect of running and growing a business
– business model conceptualization and
design, R&D, marketing, sales, operations
and finance. His core values of helping
others, solving problems and making the
world a better place is at the heart of his
approach to both life and business. You
can’t have a conversation with Howard
without these themes emerging. At the same
time, he believes in competing to win.
Gary Hirschel
Vice President, Global Operations
Life Fitness
Mr. Hirschel is currently the
Vice President of Global
Operations for Life Fitness,
a $650M division of the
Brunswick Corporation with
distribution in more than
120 countries. His current responsibilities
cover manufacturing, supply chain, delivery
and installation, service and quality. Mr.
Hirschel has 23 years of experience
in operational roles in healthcare and
durable goods for both the commercial
and consumer market places. Mr. Hirschel
also has a strong understanding of the
various distribution models which exist
in various channels and sectors. Prior to
Life Fitness Mr. Hirschel was the Director
of Supply Chain for Baxter Healthcare
headquartered in Deerfield, IL. Mr. Hirschel
graduated for Illinois State University with
a BS in information systems and earned
his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg
Graduate School of Management. Mr.
Hirschel has hands-on responsibility for
multi-plant and multi-country facilities
and focuses on continuous improvement
utilizing lean practices and aligning the
needs of the customer with the operational
capabilities. Mr. Hirschel has a passion
for the “customer experience” and creates
competitive differentiation by improving the
customer experience through operational
capabilities.
Gregory Knott
Vice President and Division Chief
Information Officer, Global Supply
Chain Solutions, Ryder
Greg Knott is VP &
Division CIO of Global
Supply Chain Solutions
at Ryder System, Inc.
He is responsible for all
Information Technology
solutions provided by Ryder to help
companies optimize their supply chain
operations. Prior to joining Ryder, Mr.
Knott served as the CIO of HUMMER, the
CIO of General Motors Global Service
and Parts, and the CIO of John Deere’s
Worldwide Parts Division. He has more
than 20 years’ experience in supply chain
IT. He was Chairman of the Board of
OEConnection, an e-commerce company
serving automotive dealers, and served on
the board of GM Products and Services.
Mr. Knott was a member of President
Reagan’s Private Sector Survey of Cost
Control in the Federal Government, also
known as the Grace Commission.
Mr. Knott graduated from Iowa State
University with a BS in Computer
Science and has a MBA in Operations
Management from the University of Iowa.
