COMPETITION RULES & REGULATIONS<br />

GENERAL RULES<br />

• Selection of royalty shall be an annual event held by the Idaho Saddle Clubs<br />

Association (ISCA).<br />

• The royalty contest is to be held during the Idaho State O-Mok-See each year,<br />

with winners to assume their titles at the ISCA State Show and end on retirement<br />

of their position during the ISCA State Show of the following year.<br />

• There are 3 divisions for the royalty contest. They are: Queen - age 16 to 20,<br />

Senior Princess - age 12 to 15, and Junior Princess - age 11 and younger. Ages<br />

shall be determined of the year they will reign as royalty.<br />

• Elected royalty may not succeed themselves in the same age division.<br />

• Three royalty will be selected, one from each division, as well as three alternates,<br />

one from each division.<br />

ELIGIBILITY<br />

• Royalty contestant must be a member of a <strong>saddle</strong> club that has current dues paid<br />

to the Idaho Saddle Clubs Association (ISCA).<br />

• Contestant must be 20 years old or younger of the year they will reign as royalty.<br />

(Queen - age 16 to 20, Senior Princess - age 12 to 15, Junior Princess - age 11 or<br />

younger)<br />

• Royalty contestants must be single and never married or may not cohabit.<br />

• Contestant must not be pregnant nor have children.<br />

• Contestant must attend and compete in the Idaho Saddle Clubs Association O-<br />

Mok-See (ISCA).<br />

HOW TO ENTER<br />

To enter the Idaho Saddle Clubs Association (ISCA) royalty contest the contestant<br />

must complete and send in the following:<br />

• An “Idaho Saddle Club Entry Form" with proper signatures.<br />

• The $5.00 entry fee.<br />

• At least a 3 x 5 photo or larger of the contestant.<br />

• The “Royalty Questionnaire”<br />

“Idaho Saddle Club Association Royalty Entry Form” and “Royalty Questionnaire” are<br />

available from the current ISCA royalty advisor, the ISCA secretary and all paid<br />

<strong>saddle</strong> <strong>clubs</strong> who has given an address to the ISCA. The form, questionnaire, photo,<br />

and entry fee shall be postmarked or hand delivered to the current ISCA royalty<br />

advisor by the deadline set by the host club for the ISCA O-Mok-See entries due date<br />

or the royalty advisor’s stated date on the entry posted. The royalty advisor’s<br />

address will be printed on the entry form.<br />
