SYSTEM COMPONENTS<br />
The system is offered as a stand-alone enterprise-class solution,<br />
or in Software as a Service mode. In the first case, it consists of<br />
five modules. The Business Administration component involves<br />
straightforward tools for the management and administration of<br />
a loyalty scheme. Available through a user-friendly web interface,<br />
it allows for the flexible definition of business rules in terms<br />
of: tenders (points), accrual, redemption, promotion and elite<br />
tiers. In addition, the Business Administration component offers<br />
a generation of rudimentary reports, without the necessity of<br />
employing business intelligence software.<br />
The Business to Partner module has been designed to meet<br />
the needs of the program’s multi-partner environment and to<br />
provide program partners with relevant data and tools for program<br />
parameterization through a B2P portal. In addition, the module<br />
delivers advanced reporting features including multi-party clearing<br />
and invoicing mechanisms. Access to the application is provided<br />
from any location via a secure web interface.<br />
The Logistics Management device is dedicated to award inventory<br />
control and to the coordination and distribution of promotional<br />
materials and membership cards. This web application also<br />
supports gift ordering processes, reward reporting as well as<br />
cooperation with external logistics partners.<br />
The Customer Web Portal provides program members with online<br />
account management, where they can check their account balance<br />
and history of transactions, order rewards (discounts, free parking<br />
lot, VIP lounge access and others) and view current promotions.<br />
In addition, the portal provides an option which enables the<br />
program operator and program participants to interact between one<br />
another and includes enrolment features and a points calculator.<br />
The Mobile Application meets the informative requirements of<br />
program members. It allows viewing account information via<br />
a mobile device – smartphone or tablet – and managing it. Due to<br />
the Mobile Application component, information is always at hand.<br />
The Software as a Service mode is a loyalty scheme run by the<br />
GoLoyalty! Platform and allows for quick and easy program launch.<br />
Hosted at Comarch’s Data Center in Krakow, which allows to<br />
fully configure the business rules of a loyalty program including<br />
administrating program partners. This mode is recommended for<br />
regional airports which mainly handle low-cost and charter carriers.<br />
