<strong>Service</strong> Levels<br />
In all instances, when a support call is logged, an HP representative will attempt to remotely<br />
diagnose the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved, the following targeted service levels<br />
apply:<br />
Next day onsite response<br />
An HP authorised representative will attend the customer site the next business day to return your covered hardware to<br />
operational condition, repairing or replacing components or entire units as necessary.<br />
4-Hour Onsite Response*<br />
An HP authorised representative will arrive at the customer site to begin maintenance service within four hours of the<br />
call being logged. Calls logged after 5pm will be serviced the next business day.<br />
6-Hour Call to Repair*<br />
An HP certified engineer is immediately dispatched to the customer site and commits to repair the hardware within 6<br />
hours from the initial call.<br />
Pick up & return<br />
An HP authorised courier will pick up the failed unit from the customer site on the next business day and deliver it to a<br />
designated HP Repair Centre. It is responsibility of the customer to package and prepare the unit prior to pick up.<br />
Return to HP<br />
It is the responsibility of the customer to dispatch the unit to an HP authorised Repair Centre and HP are responsible<br />
for the return of the unit to the customer.<br />
Next day exchange<br />
HP will exchange the failed product with a permanent replacement unit. The replacement unit will be a new or<br />
refurbished product.<br />
Support Plus<br />
Offers 4-hour Onsite Response 13x5 with 2-hour response operating system software telephone support.<br />
Support Plus 24<br />
Offers 4-hour Onsite Response 24x7 with 2-hour response operating system software telephone support.<br />
* 24x7: any time and day of the year.<br />
13x5 (extended hours): 8am to 9pm, Monday to Friday. Calls logged after 5pm will be serviced the next<br />
