Control Offer<br />
1November - 31 January 2009<br />
1. To take advantage of the promotion, customers must print out and complete a claim form and submit<br />
it,along with seller/reseller’s invoice to the address set out in the form. The seller/reseller’s invoice must<br />
clearly show the <strong>HP</strong> part codes and purchase price of the qualifying products purchased. The full list of<br />
qualifying products and corresponding part codes, plus the claim form is available from<br />
www.hp.com/uk/proliantinsightcontrol.<br />
2. This promotion is only available to end user customers based in the UK and does not apply where product<br />
will be resold. <strong>Claim</strong>s must be submitted by the end customer only. This offer is not open to employees of<br />
Hewlett Packard, their agents, retail staff, channel partners, participating stockists or anyone connected<br />
with the promotion. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.<br />
3. This offer may be used in conjunction with the November free hard drive and free Care Pack offers, but<br />
may not be combined with any other promotional offers or special pricing agreements on <strong>HP</strong> ProLiant<br />
products during the promotional period.<br />
4. This offer is limited to the products as indicated in the qualifying products table. No other<br />
combination/configuration is valid. Visit www.hp.com/uk/proliantinsightcontrol for details.<br />
5. For each qualifying <strong>HP</strong> ProLiant Server and qualifying Server Management product purchased, one rebate<br />
cheque to the value of the cost of the Server Management products, excluding VAT, may be claimed. The<br />
maximum permitted value for this rebate will not exceed the current list price of the part code purchased.<br />
All products must appear on the same invoice. The cheque will be made payable to the company name as<br />
it appears on the invoice.<br />
6. The promotion is valid only on new units purchased directly from Hewlett Packard or a UK <strong>HP</strong> authorised<br />
reseller and invoiced between 1 November - 31 January 2009. Purchases made direct from <strong>HP</strong> distribution<br />
partners are ineligible.<br />
7. The closing date for receipt of claim forms is Friday 27 February 2009. No claims will be accepted after<br />
this date.<br />
8. Allow 28 days for receipt of rebate cheque from receipt of your claim at the offices of Outbound Field<br />
Marketing Services Ltd.<br />
9. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claim forms or where<br />
noseller/reseller’s invoice is attached. No responsibility will be accepted for claim forms lost, damaged<br />
ordelayed in the post or insufficiently prestamped. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of<br />
delivery.<br />
10. <strong>HP</strong> reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have<br />
been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims, claim forms and<br />
supportingdocuments.<br />
11. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes the property of <strong>HP</strong> and will not be returned.<br />
Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may, without prejudice to <strong>HP</strong>’s<br />
other rights, result in disqualification from this promotion and future <strong>HP</strong> promotions.<br />
