Peggy Diane Satterly – Applicant, reinstatement of Respiratory Care Practitioner license
after surrender – Order accepted reinstating license under a five-year probation
with terms including practice under direct supervision for three months,
continued counseling, quarterly reports from supervisor and employer, and
appear before the Respiratory Care Advisory Committee after six months.
Cynthia Allena Pilgrim – Applicant, full medical license – granted.
Bryan Andrew Van Doren – Applicant, reinstatement of medical license after surrender –
granted a one-year license restricted to the OU-Tulsa Addiction Medicine
fellowship program, under terms of probation with standard terms for substance
abuse along with a prohibition on prescribing CDS. After one year, he is to appear
before the Board for further disposition.
Samuel Colwin Bieligk – Applicant, full medical license – granted with a letter of no
tolerance placed in his file warning against future misrepresentation on a legal
licensure/renewal applications.
Marcia Moore – Applicant, full medical license – granted.
James Kent Robberson – Applicant, reinstatement of medical license after surrender –
denied.
Holly Tina Myers – Applicant, reinstatement of Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure after
suspension – granted under terms of probation.
Ronald E. Woosley, MD – Applicant for approval to claim a non-ABMS Specialty Board –
American Board of Pain Medicine (ABPM)- for the purpose of advertising – matter

suspension beginning November 3, 2011, requiring completion of a
prescribing/record keeping class and prohibiting prescribing of controlled
dangerous substances for one year.
Harvey Clarke Jenkins, Jr., MD – Disciplinary hearing alleging prescribing violations,
controlled substances violation, and substance abuse – Voluntary Submittal to
Jurisdiction accepted imposing a three-year probation with terms including
monitoring for substance abuse and his agreement to immediately enter
residential treatment if he tests positive for any prohibited substance.
Brian Melton Meek, MD – Disciplinary hearing alleging substance abuse – Voluntary
Submittal to Jurisdiction accepted imposing a three month suspension
beginning August 6, 2011, followed by an indefinite period of probation
including standard terms for substance abuse monitoring and restriction of work
week to 40 hours.
Lorna Jean Schriner, OT – Disciplinary hearing alleging violation of probation, substance
abuse and conviction of a misdemeanor – Voluntary Submittal to Jurisdiction
accepted imposing a four-month suspension beginning July 6, 2011, followed by
an indefinite period of probation with terms including standard terms for
substance abuse monitoring, a requirement for group therapy and intensive
outpatient aftercare support.
Suzzie Waldenville, PA – Disciplinary hearing alleging dishonorable/immoral conduct,
prescribing violations, narcotic law violations, records violations, failure to
establish a physician/patient relationship, and failure to obtain informed consent -
case continued to the January 12, 2012 Board meeting with her agreement not
to prescribe controlled dangerous substances.
Amy Christine Walker, PA – Disciplinary hearing alleging substance abuse, prescribing
violations, and narcotic law violations – Voluntary Submittal to Jurisdiction
accepted imposing a six-month suspension beginning May 6, 2011, followed by
a five-year probation with terms including standard terms for substance abuse
monitoring, no prescribing controlled dangerous substances, continued
counseling, restriction of work week to 40 hours at a location approved by the
Board Secretary and practice under on-site supervision.

Stephen Paul Wolf, MD – Disciplinary hearing alleging a finding of insanity by a court of
competent jurisdiction and inability to practice medicine as a result of a mental or
physical condition - Voluntary Surrender in Lieu of Prosecution accepted
