APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSURE<br />

Peggy Diane Satterly – Applicant, rein<strong>state</strong>ment <strong>of</strong> Respiratory Care Practitioner license<br />

after surrender – Order accepted reinstating license under a five-year probation<br />

with terms including practice under direct supervision for three months,<br />

continued counseling, quarterly reports from supervisor and employer, and<br />

appear before the Respiratory Care Advisory Committee after six months.<br />

Cynthia Allena Pilgrim – Applicant, full medical license – granted.<br />

Bryan Andrew Van Doren – Applicant, rein<strong>state</strong>ment <strong>of</strong> medical license after surrender –<br />

granted a one-year license restricted to the OU-Tulsa Addiction Medicine<br />

fellowship program, under terms <strong>of</strong> probation with standard terms for substance<br />

abuse along with a prohibition on prescribing CDS. After one year, he is to appear<br />

before the <strong>Board</strong> for further disposition.<br />

Samuel Colwin Bieligk – Applicant, full medical license – granted with a letter <strong>of</strong> no<br />

tolerance placed in his file warning against future misrepresentation on a legal<br />

licensure/renewal applications.<br />

Marcia Moore – Applicant, full medical license – granted.<br />

James Kent Robberson – Applicant, rein<strong>state</strong>ment <strong>of</strong> medical license after surrender –<br />

denied.<br />

Holly Tina Myers – Applicant, rein<strong>state</strong>ment <strong>of</strong> Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure after<br />

suspension – granted under terms <strong>of</strong> probation.<br />

Ronald E. Woosley, MD – Applicant for approval to claim a non-ABMS Specialty <strong>Board</strong> –<br />

suspension beginning November 3, 2011, requiring completion <strong>of</strong> a<br />

prescribing/record keeping class and prohibiting prescribing <strong>of</strong> controlled<br />

dangerous substances for one year.<br />

Harvey Clarke Jenkins, Jr., MD – Disciplinary hearing alleging prescribing violations,<br />

controlled substances violation, and substance abuse – Voluntary Submittal to<br />

Jurisdiction accepted imposing a three-year probation with terms including<br />

monitoring for substance abuse and his agreement to immediately enter<br />

residential treatment if he tests positive for any prohibited substance.<br />

Brian Melton Meek, MD – Disciplinary hearing alleging substance abuse – Voluntary<br />

Submittal to Jurisdiction accepted imposing a three month suspension<br />

beginning August 6, 2011, followed by an indefinite period <strong>of</strong> probation<br />

including standard terms for substance abuse monitoring and restriction <strong>of</strong> work<br />

week to 40 hours.<br />

Lorna Jean Schriner, OT – Disciplinary hearing alleging violation <strong>of</strong> probation, substance<br />

abuse and conviction <strong>of</strong> a misdemeanor – Voluntary Submittal to Jurisdiction<br />

accepted imposing a four-month suspension beginning July 6, 2011, followed by<br />

an indefinite period <strong>of</strong> probation with terms including standard terms for<br />

substance abuse monitoring, a requirement for group therapy and intensive<br />

outpatient aftercare support.<br />

Suzzie Waldenville, PA – Disciplinary hearing alleging dishonorable/immoral conduct,<br />

prescribing violations, narcotic law violations, records violations, failure to<br />

establish a physician/patient relationship, and failure to obtain informed consent -<br />

case continued to the January 12, 2012 <strong>Board</strong> meeting with her agreement not<br />

to prescribe controlled dangerous substances.<br />

Amy Christine Walker, PA – Disciplinary hearing alleging substance abuse, prescribing<br />

violations, and narcotic law violations – Voluntary Submittal to Jurisdiction<br />

accepted imposing a six-month suspension beginning May 6, 2011, followed by<br />

a five-year probation with terms including standard terms for substance abuse<br />

monitoring, no prescribing controlled dangerous substances, continued<br />

counseling, restriction <strong>of</strong> work week to 40 hours at a location approved by the<br />

<strong>Board</strong> Secretary and practice under on-site supervision.<br />

Stephen Paul Wolf, MD – Disciplinary hearing alleging a finding <strong>of</strong> insanity by a court <strong>of</strong><br />

competent jurisdiction and inability to practice medicine as a result <strong>of</strong> a mental or<br />
