Participating Businesses<br />
The <strong>NSW</strong> <strong>Government</strong> acknowledges the<br />
high level of participation by businesses in<br />
support of the <strong>NSW</strong> <strong>Seniors</strong> <strong>Card</strong> program.<br />
Many new businesses join the program each<br />
month. The monthly members’ eNewsletter<br />
identifies new participating members<br />
and their offers. For more information<br />

failed to fulfil its obligations in supply of a product<br />
or service, whether intentionally or otherwise,<br />
then <strong>NSW</strong> <strong>Seniors</strong> <strong>Card</strong> may suspend or terminate<br />
the participating business from the program. This<br />
decision will be final and no correspondence will<br />
be entered into. <strong>NSW</strong> <strong>Seniors</strong> <strong>Card</strong> reserves the<br />
right to decline the participation of any business in<br />
the program that it deems inappropriate or does<br />
not meet the <strong>Seniors</strong> <strong>Card</strong> Participating Business<br />
eligibility criteria. This decision will be final and no<br />
correspondence will be entered into with regards<br />
to these decisions. <strong>NSW</strong> <strong>Seniors</strong> <strong>Card</strong> reserves<br />
the right to reject businesses participating in the<br />
program and advertising to its members.<br />
